software usability & information architecture
this involves usability analysis of new or existing products - desktop as well as web applications. it also extends to handheld devices. its basically about analyzing the product plan or existing product based on usability principles and conceptualizing and testing new information architecture for the application.

ui design
this relates to designing the user interface for a desktop or web application, corporate sites, portals, intranet, etc.

print design
its about everything on paper - books, magazines, brochures, calendars, exhibition displays, posters, catalogues, packaging... and so on. i work on such projects from concept to execution.

corporate identity
right from developing the logo to its style guide, visiting cards, letterheads, envelopes, memos, invoices... its all tackled at one go to provide a consistent brand identity to your organization.

multimedia design
presentations are an important aspect of brand communication. developed using a multimedia authoring tool, such presentations are a rich amalgamation of sound, moving pictures, still pictures, animations... controlled by your interaction with the product

exhibition and set design
from space design to display panels, i enjoying doing exhibitions. i have soiled my hands with television sets and props too though i do not do it quite often now. if some interesting projects come by, i am game for it!

apart from these, i also do a bit of furniture, woodcarving, handicraft design and writing but these are not my core areas of work.
